Discovery Meeting
Our first meeting we need to discuss what policies are in place, what your business goals are, and appetite for risk. Then we will negotiate the best possible rate for the insurance you want and need.

Policy Implementation and service
Once the policies are in place, our service team will work with you to make sure all the required Certificates are sent out correctly with the proper endorsements. We will add and delete vehicles, locations, employees as needed in a timely manner.

Strategy and Managment
Once the primary function of obtaining the correct insurances is done, we will discuss market conditions, possible alternatives to traditional insurance or other strategies to help tailor your insurance program top your needs.

What does my policy mean?
We are trained and tested by members of ISO to read and understand policy form. We can help explain what your policy means and point out possible errors to claim adjusters.
How can I lower my premium?
There are several ways to possibly lower premiums. From managing risk to, leveraging our relationships with Underwriters, to better explaining what your business is actually doing.
Do I need to cover this?
We will help you by reviewing contracts to make sure the insurance is compliant. We will also discuss your risk appetite and if you feel the transfer of risk is valuable to you or not.
Am I covered?
While we are not Claims Adjusters, we can go over what coverages you have and confirm with the Underwriters if there’s a specific coverage you are looking for.
How do I get a Certificate of Insurance?
Certificates of insurance are usually sent out the same day as requested. We will also discuss if you need Additional Insured, waiver of subrogation, and Primary Noncontributory Wording.
How does billing work?
We have primum Financing available, and/or work with your carrier to help with making billing as easy as possible.
